We represent landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leases, including office, retail and industrial leases, sub-leases, ground leases, and build-to-suit leases, and specialized leases such as timber, mining and cell tower leases. Our experience includes preparation and negotiation of leases in various markets ranging from 1,000 square foot office and retail leases, to office and warehouse leases over 100,000 square feet and big box retail leases. We also regularly assist landlords and tenants in modifications to existing leases.
