Frank Miller practices in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate development and business organizations.  Frank handles land use and zoning matters, appearing regularly before local and county boards and commissions. He also represents clients in negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and closings for both improved and unimproved real estate and for asset purchases and business combinations. Frank also has experience representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of industrial, office and retail leasing.
