We represent owners, purchasers and lenders in all facets of governmental entitlement and regulation of land.  We are well known for our expertise in obtaining governmental entitlements and approvals for large master planned communities in Florida, including development of regional impact approvals and comprehensive plan amendments.  We also handle more conventional matters such as re-zonings, zoning variances and land use due diligence for purchasers and lenders.  We routinely team with civil engineers and other real estate professionals and find that we are able to leverage our extensive network of contacts for our clients' benefit.
