John G. Metcalf practices in the
area of commercial real estate transactions and land use law.
John regularly represents clients in negotiation of complex purchase
and sale agreements and closings for both improved and unimproved
parcels; loan documentation; due diligence and real estate development. He has experience representing both sellers and purchasers of land in developments of regional impact in the north Florida area and serves as counsel to the master developer in multiple land planned communities throughout Northeast Florida. He has extensive experience in the Comprehensive Plan amendment process and Development of Regional Impact review and approval process.
