Kathryn Whittington practices in all areas of real estate development, including land use, zoning, subdivision, platting, due diligence, acquisition and entitlement. Kathryn serves as counsel to the master developer in multiple Developments of Regional Impact, Planned Unit and Planned Rural Developments, and community development district projects throughout the area, appearing regularly before local agencies, board and commissions.
