Marcia Parker Tjoflat practices in the areas of environmental, land use and administrative law. Marcia regularly represents clients in permitting and administrative hearing, particularly in the areas of wetlands impacts and mitigation, sovereign submerged lands, surface water management systems, comprehensive plan amendments, wildlife, historical resources, water well construction, and consumptive uses of water. She has experience representing industries, developers, local governments, and land owners throughout the north Florida area. Marcia has practiced in these areas for more than 20 years. Prior to entering law school, Marcia worked for three of the state’s water management districts, gaining valuable technical expertise in water-related issues.
