Spencer Cummings focuses
exclusively on commercial real estate transactions. Spencer
represents clients in purchase and sale transactions for undeveloped
land and completed projects, commercial leasing, real estate
financing, and general commercial real estate development. He has
experience representing master developers of large development of
regional impact projects in the north Florida area and representing
the developer and other landowners in multiple community development
districts in Florida. Spencer also maintains an active leasing
practice representing landlords and tenants in office, industrial
and retail leasing. Prior to joining Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller,
Spencer practiced commercial real estate with a large Atlanta,
Georgia law firm where the majority of his practice consisted of
retail development, including negotiation of “big box” leases and
sale and purchase transactions. Spencer is licensed and practices in
both Florida and Georgia.
