Tom Jenks has been with our firm for over twenty-five years.  His field of practice includes commercial real estate transactions, community association and condominium law, ad valorem taxation, mediation and arbitration.  Tom regularly represents clients in negotiations of purchase and sale agreements and closings, acquisition and construction loans, construction contracts, leases and a variety of development-related contracts, easements, and similar documentation.  Tom often provides counsel to developers with respect to the formation of master community association structures for large planned communities, and has extensive experience in drafting community association and condominium documentation for such projects.  Tom also represents a considerable number of established residential and commercial property owners and condominium associations.  Tom handles matters pertaining to ad valorem tax challenges and represents landlords and tenants in connection with commercial lease transactions.  Tom is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a county and circuit court mediator and serves on the American Arbitration Association panel of arbitrators.
