G. Todd Cottrill represents clients in all phases of real estate acquisitions and dispositions and development, including contract negotiations, acquisitions and sale of distressed property, due diligence, the entitlement process, real estate investment and closings. Todd also has experience in the areas of resort and master planned community development, condominium and multifamily projects as well as experience representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office and retail leases.
