Transactions and Development

We handle commercial real estate transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity. We regularly represent clients in the sale and purchase of undeveloped land, as well as completed office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and hotel and resort projects. Our work runs the gamut from large development tracts in master planned communities to infill redevelopment projects. In addition to sale and purchase transactions, we counsel developers on issues they face on a regular basis, such as shopping center development issues, community development districts, master utility and cable television service agreements, and platting of master roadways and subdivisions. Our services also include formation and administration of limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and land trusts, including representing developers and investors invoking buy/sell provisions related to real estate projects.
