Zach Miller practices in the area of real estate transactions and land use. He works with local governments and private developers on matters relating to the development of real property and drafts documents covering a range of issues related to the conveyance of real property between landowners, both private and public. Prior to joining Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller, Zach clerked for the Boston office of the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and he also worked for the City Council of Boston and the City of Jacksonville’s Department of Planning and Development and Public Information Office. Zach has also interned for former Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-S.D.) and has worked as a reporter for Roll Call Newspaper in Washington D.C.
